Kai is a young boy who spends his days collecting discarded items in a vast landfill. Though he lives in poverty, Kai dreams of seeing the ocean, a dream that feels far out of reach. One day, he discovers a magical pair of red glasses among the trash. When he puts them on, the objects around him come to life as he names them. With excitement and creativity, Kai transforms the trash into a vibrant ocean filled with living sea creatures. In the end, Kai realizes that with a little magic and imagination, dreams can come true even in the most unexpected places.
