In this scene Bulla whips the butt of shit poster mxm founder of beradrome as he pointlessly tries to cycle to his General Counsel to start a lawsuit against the Bullas. This is pointless as the Bullas do not obey the laws of the Beras as they wreak havoc amongst Bera Society.
