August 1, 2024 Jerry Garcia would have been 82 years old. On August 9, 1995 Jerry Garcia left this mortal coil at age 53. 

The week between these two days became known as “The Days Between” sometime after Garcia’s death. It has become a time to celebrate the music this man created.
