Cosmicomics

This work is the result of 2 months of work. I created it with a pattern I obtained from portrait photographs from old bookstores. I distorted the portrait of the German painter Oscar Schellemer with the geometric elements he used. This distortion created different layers in the collage. According to Schellemer, the abstraction of space and people was possible with geometry. This physical collage is the product of such a process.
