​I’ll be talking through our last three years of producing anime in Tokyo while culturing a dedicated global community of fans, creators, and collaborators that have contributed a diverse array of ideas to the anime and helped us build the world and technology around Galverse.

​We’ll dive into what went right, what went very wrong, and the choices we’ve made along the way.

​Most of all, we’ll look at how any of these apply to any onchain creative endeavour, whether you’re nurturing a community of just a few people, or a few thousand.
