"my grandmother's dream was to have a two-story. it was the most chic thing that could happen. but she didn't found the house as she should have done in order to build a second floor on top... in fact, she built the house with a lot of effort. sweat, being a single woman with 3 children, and the little she conquered was always a lot for those who had nothing. With all this love, we prospered within our limits and the time came to build a new floor. That's when we discovered that to build this second floor we would need to demolish the entire house. I'm sure my grandmother would agree that the important thing was not to keep that specific house standing just because she built it, but to grow, expand, she would certainly be proud to see us building our own house."

"From my bedroom window I could see children playing ball, flying kites and being stopped by the police, it's crazy how the environment shapes us. We realize that life is hard from an early age and we are forced to make choices. As if adapt to something that doesn't make sense? We learn to create a balance of resistance, between ourselves and the obligations and stupid laws of the world, many people get lost along the way. I don't know if I'm lost but I know that this is me now: my room is now my office connected to several screens and virtual realities, unfolding in a thousand worlds and I still see the same boys playing ball and being stopped by the police for having fun."
